

OUR STORY
Alexandra Vaughan has been running a Microbakery since 2016, first as a side hustle and, three years later, as her full-time job.
She has been teaching Microbakery classes since 2018 and has trained many people that have gone on to start successful businesses', imbedded in their community and baking good bread for all.
The idea of creating The Microbakery Academy came out of a perception of a lack of Artisan Bakers out there, people wanting to work differently, fostering the growth of local economies and working in small food chains.

PHILOSOPHY
With The Microbakery Academy, our goal is to offer a platform sharing the knowledge to get you off the ground and ready to start your own Artisan Bread business.
The website will cover a variety of topics, always free to access, from defining your business' purpose to jumping those first hurdles of legal requirements to start selling.
